Hello, my name is Yunona, I am 20 years old and I am from Ukraine. I will study at Ghent University for a master's degree for a whole year. I love cleanliness, I love to cook and my hobbies are traveling and reading books. I'm very calm, I don't have pets and I don't smoke.
I am interested in renting a room, please let me know if it is available from September 15, as I plan to arrive in Ghent on those dates? Also let me know if registration is possible with you, namely domicile for confirmation and registration of stay in Belgium. And also, please advise on the fees for communal services that are included and not included in the rent.
I plan to stay for the entire academic year with the possibility of future contract extension.
